My beautiful mother fought an incredible battle against glioblastoma this year. She arrived at her eternal home on October 31st. We are thankful she is whole and free from this broken world but our hearts ache. She was well aware of this loss as she dealt with the death of her own mother from in 1999. She wrote the music to accompany this poem at that time. We are thankful for the birth of JESUS and the eternal HOPE and salvation HE offers all!!!

My Mom is facing brain cancer (glioblastoma). This song was the outpouring of my heart as I muddle through the tension of living life to the fullest and embracing the truth that this world is NOT OUR HOME!!! We have hope beyond the visible. I know many of you have lost loved ones and know the ache of living here... but longing for there. ONE DAY.... One day, if our hope is in Jesus we will be HOME!
